For a flat fee, you will receive a comprehensive report on your artwork. Think of it as an online antiques road show: a fast, expert evaluation to determine if your artwork merits deeper investigation before you invest in costly advisory services or start the journey of a full Authentication which will cost anywhere from $15k to $50k.

How the Service Works
Our submission process is modeled on professional art evaluation workflows but optimized for speed and clarity.

Step 1: Submit Your Artwork Details
Complete the online form below with the essential information:

Medium & Materials (e.g., oil on canvas, paper)

Provenance (ownership history, where and when it was acquired)

Description or Story of the Work (your own notes, observations, or family history connected to the piece)
We will send you a link to the Authentify platform for step 2.

Step 2: Upload Photos and Documents
Use the Authentify our upload tool to provide:

At least three clear photographs — front, back, and detail views

Any documents, certificates, or prior appraisals (optional)
High-quality images are essential for visual analysis. Please ensure photos are well-lit and in focus.

Step 3: Expert Review and AI Analysis
Once received, Mr Johns and team will review your submission and analyze stylistic patterns and cross-reference global databases. We then combine both AI insights with traditional research and expert interpretation.

Step 4: Receive Your Report
Within 2 to 3 business a days you will receive a detailed written report including:

If the work appears to be a masterpiece or historically significant, we’ll advise on how to pursue world renown expertise authentication and/or conservation. If it appears to be of lesser value, you’ll still gain valuable, evidence-based understanding of its origin and likely creator.
